Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 12, 2017 (RSCNPF): Lewis Powell and Dequan Maloney both of Upper Shaw Avenue, who were taken into custody and charged in relation to an incident involving a pellet gun have also been charged with the offence of Attempted Murder.
The charge was laid against the two on Friday (June 9).
Both were arrested (May 27) and charged and cautioned for the offences of, causing grievous bodily harm and making use of a firearm to commit a felony.
