Kittitian batsmen, Larry Audain and Akeem Saunders have been named in the Leeward Islands 13-member squad for round three of the West Indies Championship.
The two batsmen earned their selection in the team due to scoring centuries in consecutive games in the recently concluded Leeward Islands Cricket Board 3-day Competition.
There are now 6 players from the federation in the squad, four from St. Kitts and two from Nevis. They are, Colin Archibald, Kieran Powell, Jeremiah Louis, Akeem Saunders, Sheno Berridge and Larry Audain.
Antiguans, Karima Gore and Devon Thomas have also been named in the squad.
The Leewards will play against Barbados Pride at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad.
