Leroy King, former FSRC boss accompanied by US Marshals, boards an international flight as he is extradited to the United States to answer charges.
Back in 2009, King had been charged by United States authorities with committing acts of facilitation in the US $7 billion Ponzi scheme which involved the convicted Allen Stanford.
King lost a time extension this past Wednesday when his attorney, Dr. David Dorsett, appealed to the Cabinet of Antigua King’s request was denied. The request was deemed “inappropriate” by the Attorney General Steadroy Benjamin.
