Gunman Attacks Basseterre Police Station

Shots Fired – Early this morning, the Basseterre Police Station came under attack when a gunman fired shots near the building.

The Police have confirmed that shots were fired close the building which houses the Basseterre Police Station.

While minimal details were provided, Police officers were observed canvassing the area earlier this morning and picking up spent shells.

Reports are that the gunman was on a motorcycle when he offloaded the weapon.

There was no immediate information on whether the bullets entered the building or if any officers where injured.
