An early morning fire has claimed the life of 64 year old Cleveland Collins.
According to reports, in the wee hours of the morning, a fire broke out at a shop located in Douglas Estate, St. Peter’s.
Circumstances surrounding the cause of the fire are not immediately known. However, police confirmed that one person died as a result of the fire.
The Fire and Rescue Services were unable to rescue the victim, (Gregory) who was inside the shop. The entire structure was completely destroyed.
Investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing.
