The legal team representing Former Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, the Hon. Dr. Denzil Douglas have announced that they will be filing a Constitutional Motion against the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis for allowing allowing his Diplomatic information to be given to private citizens.

The revelation was made outside of the Sir Lee L. Moore Legal and Judicial Complex by Angelina Gracey Sooko-Bobb after her client’s victory against the Attorney General, (Douglas being a holder of a Dominica Diplomatic Passport).

The court found that Douglas’ actions showed no allegiance to Dominica and that Douglas always maintained and identified himself as citizen of St. Kitts and Nevis.

The court awarded cost to Dr. Denzil Douglas and his legal team. They are expected to file commissions on how much cost they are asking for within 14 days.

In speaking with the media after the case, Sooko emphasized that when her client, (Dr. Denzil Douglas) returns they will be filing a Constitutional Motion against the Government for allowing his Diplomatic information to be given to private citizens namely Cuthbert Mills.

She said:

We will be seeking damages to that action as well
