A police officer is dead after a vehicular accident Friday night in Old Road.
While details are sketchy, the pictures circulating via social media indicate that at least three vehicles were involved.
The Police Public Relations Unit confirmed that an officer was rushed to the J N France Hospital. However, they later informed that he succumbed to his injuries.
It is with deep regret that I inform you that the Officer passed away at the hospital.
The name of the officer wasn’t disclosed.
