BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – The St. Kitts and Nevis Senior Men’s National Team, the Sugar Boyz, delivered an impressive performance to defeat the Solomon Islands 4-2 on Monday, securing a third-place finish in the FIFA Series 2026.
In an entertaining third-place playoff encounter, St. Kitts and Nevis showcased attacking quality and resilience to overcome their Oceania opponents and close out the tournament on a high note.
The Sugar Boyz got on the scoresheet through Omari Sterling-James and Tiquanny Williams to take a 2-1 lead into halftime after a competitive opening period.
In the second half, St. Kitts and Nevis raised the tempo, with Kyle Kelly producing a stunning strike to extend the advantage before Harrison Panayiotou added a fourth to put the result beyond doubt.
