The St. Kitts and Nevis Archery Team copped nine(9) medals at the 3rd Annual Caribbean Developmental Championships.
The team of 7 were actively engaged in competition from June 28 through June 30, 2019 in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic.
The delegation included: Dane Sandiford, Pam Barry, Gregory Mc Grath, Jesse Wyly, Jonathan Warde, Tatjana Salud and Catherine Joseph.
The Caribbean Developmental Championships (CDC) debuted in Puerto Rico in February 2017 and was created by World Archery to be used as a stepping stone to springboard athletes from beginner and intermediate level into the world ranking events. The aim of CDC is inspire and prepare athletes to take part in the sport and get a feel for international competition.
The championships brought together athletes from several countries, including The Bahamas, Virgin Islands (UK), Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, St Kitts and Nevis, and Trinidad & Tobago.
