Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 29, 2018 – Community activist Leon Natta has paid tribute and appreciation to the workers of the Parks & Beaches. On Monday, he applauded the crews that are seen working on the roads at mornings.

“Landscaping the side roads in efforts to beautify the main road and at the same time provide drivers with a little confidence. They can pull off to the side of the road if they have to,” Natta posted on his Facebook page. Lauding the work done daily by the Parks & Beaches crew and the PEP/STEP crew, Natta added: “It is quite a refreshing feeling driving and seeing the freshly cut side roads. I just want to take time to appreciate the works these guys do on a daily basis.”

To show his appreciation, Natta found his cousin and schoolmate Jerome “Tespo” Isaac from Cayon, the supervisor at Parks & Beaches and donated some hats for his staff, “so that they could get some comfort of shade and protection while they perform their days work.” “Keep up the good job guys. Am sure there are plenty people who appreciate what you guys do,” he saluted.
