Olivia Walters of St. Kitts and Britney Smith from Trinidad & Tobago were both crowned the 2019 FLOW Miss Caribbean Culture Queens last night at the Nevis Cultural Complex.
Both ladies were tied for the top spot and after a final question could not separate them, it was decided that the beauties will share the crown.
Walters won three (3) judged segments, the Two Piece Swim Wear, Performing Talent and Evening Wear.
The final results are:
WINNERS: Miss St. Kitts and Miss Trinidad & Tobago
Runner up – Miss Guyana
