Former Permanent Secretary Keith Glasgow Passes

The Brick Kiln Community and the wider Nevisian community is mourning the passing of Mr. Keith Glasgow.

He passed away on the evening of Friday, March 7th, at the age of 62, following a period of illness.

Mr Glasgow was a former teacher, a former principal and former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Social Development et al.

According to the Culturama Committee, Mr. Glasgow dedicated many years of service to Nevis’ cultural development, serving as the Permanent Secretary with responsibility for Culturama from 2017 until his retirement in 2022.

His unwavering commitment to the festival was further exemplified in his long-standing tenure with the Nevis Culturama Committee, where he served with distinction—first as , contributing over 15 years to the advancement of the art form.
