Elroy Stead of Upper Market Street, Basseterre, has been charged with the offence of Larceny, committed on January 31st, 2026, at the West Bus Terminal, Basseterre, St. Kitts.
Mr Stead was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on February 6th, 2026.
