Cheslyn Hutton of Cotton Ground, Nevis, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for
the offences of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and Procuring Drugs to Perform a
Miscarriage. Mr Hutton was previously charged on May 3rd, 2025, with six (6) counts of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and one (1) count of Procuring Drugs to Perform a
Miscarriage.
On February 27th, 2026, at the Nevis Circuit Court, presided over by His Lordship Justice
Iain Morley K.C., Mr Hutton pleaded guilty to:
Counts 4, 5, and 6 of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, for which he was sentenced to
eight (8) years’ imprisonment;
Count 7 of Procuring Drugs to Perform a Miscarriage, for which he was sentenced to
one (1) year imprisonment, to run consecutively.
