Nevis had an outstanding showing at the Whitsuntide Games held at the Kirani James Athletic Stadium, Grenada on the 8th & 9th of June.
They copped 1 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze.
The Nevis contingent which comprised of 12 athletes participated in sprints, middle distance and field events.
The team of D’Atryel Stanley, Marcus Duberry, Leroy Chapman and K-Marley Newton-Roberts won the lone gold when they clocked 42.60 secs to win the 4×100 relay.
While the 4×400 relay team of Leroy, D’Atryel, Royston and Tah’J placed third in a time of 3:16:63.
