The intense collaboration in the field of sports between Argentina and the Caribbean, triggered by the signing of a key regional Memorandum of Understanding between the

As expressed by Ambassador Pandiani “The commitment of the Argentine government to assist St. Kitts & Nevis in their quest to continue professionalizing football represents a great opportunity to keep developing the bilateral relationship” between the island and
the two-time World Cup winner country. He also explained that football, as a popular sport, is a “perfect vehicle to bring the peoples together across all borders”.
Meanwhile, an elated Johnson highlighted the importance and potential of the project, by describing it “as a crucial step forward for St. Kitts & Nevis to take advantage of the invaluable experience of Argentine football”.
