Basseterre, St. Kitts, March 20, 2018 (RSCNPF): Two persons have been arrested and charged in relation to a shooting incident that occurred in St. Peters on March 17, 2018.
On Tuesday (March 20), Iniajii Henry and a juvenile were each charged on a warrant, in the first instance, for the attempted murder of Ricardo Jeffers. Both are from Shadwell. The juvenile was charged in the presence of a probation officer and a family member.
At about 9 a.m. on March 17, 24-year-old Ricardo Jeffers of Monkey Hill got into an argument with another person, then a fight ensued. Reports indicated that gunshots were heard at some point during the fight and Jeffers began to run away when he was shot once in his side.
