Day Five of the UAN Summit dubbed Breakthroughs and Initiations ended with much success.
Sessions for the day provided numerous physical and mental health benefits for participants. These were centered around posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
Participants were also treated to the Vedic sattvic vegetarian diet which emphasises foods that are pure, nourishing, and promote physical and mental clarity.
