Romeo Browne, also known as “OG,” of Cayon, St. Kitts, has been charged with the
offence of Murder committed against the late Kelvin Millard of Cayon on January 21st,
2024.
Browne was charged on February 3rd, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
Millard was killed in the early morning hours of January 21, 2024, along the island main road in Cabbage Tree, Cayon. Police found him motionless inside his vehicle and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Millard was confronted by armed assailants while returning to his vehicle. During an apparent attempt to escape, his vehicle collided with a flamboyant tree.
