Earlier today Thursday 22nd January 2026, Four Seasons Resort Nevis announced the launch of a local Manager-in-Training (MIT) program, a comprehensive 18-month initiative designed to cultivate local talent and leadership.

Beginning February 1, 2026, the program will provide seven outstanding employees with invaluable hands-on experience and mentorship, preparing them for future management roles within the resort.

In a press statement released earlier today, Fourseasons said,

This initiative speaks to the company’s investment in developing future leaders who will drive the Resort forward with vision, integrity and excellence.

While we celebrate our 35th year as a business here in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, our MIT Program at Four Seasons Resort Nevis is a deliberate investment in the people who already embody our culture and our standards

Empowering local talent ensures our leadership legacy remains authentic, resilient and rooted in the community we serve. This is our attempt at ensuring that Four Seasons service excellence continues to thrive for generations to come.

• Avi Phookan, General Manager of the Resort

The participants selected for the Program are:

Kevin Raymond (Spa)
Nykeisha Henry (People & Culture)
Margaret Castro (Culinary)
Michianna Austrie (Kids for All Seasons)
Terrencia Nisbett (Food & Beverage)

The MIT program is designed to equip participants with advanced leadership skills, strategic thinking capabilities and the confidence to take on greater responsibilities.
