Molineux, St. Kitts – In the final women’s encounter between Antigua and Barbuda vs St.Kitts and Nevis, the teams faced off in a T20 match yesterday, (Sunday 17th) at Molineux.

Antigua and Barbuda having won the toss, elected to bat first. After 20 overs, they amassed 82 for the loss of 9 wickets. Eldora Sylvester topped scored with 18.

Bowling for St. Kitts and Nevis: Rozel Liburd, Elisa Claxton and Saneldo Willett bagged 2 wickets each.

Needing just 83 to win from 20 overs, team SKN reached their target with 3 balls to spare. Melissa Clarke led her team to victory with a patient knock off 22 not out.

Tonya Martin was the pick of the bowlers for Antigua as she bagged 2 wickets for 13 runs.

St. Kitts and Nevis won by 6 wickets while the Antigua and Barbuda Women team won the three match series, 2-1.
