Terrence Warde stars in Leeward Islands Hurricanes first innings total of 365 against Trinidad Redforce in their ongoing encounter at Warner Park, St. Kitts. Warde top-scored with 83.

Batting first, the Leewards lost early wickets as the two openers went cheaply. Captain Powell was caught for 5 off the bowling of St. Clair and Hodge was bowled by St. Clair.

Solid partnerships in the middle order saved the Hurricanes. At the end of the 1st day, they were 296/5. Warde was 64 not out and Rahkeem Cornwall was 34 not out.

The Hurricanes were dismissed for 365 on day two.

Kacey Carty and Devon Thomas anchored the innings. Carty fell six runs short of a half century, he made 44 off of 96 deliveries at a strike rate of 45.83.

Warde top scored with 83. Valuable contributions also came from Jahmar Hamilton cracking 68, Devon Thomas lashing 67, Rahkeem Cornwall slamming 62.

Khary Pierre and Yannic Cariah were the pick of the bowlers for the Red Force. They grabbed 4/110 and 3/25 respectively.
