SKN PULSE – At 11 a.m on Tuesday, the ABC Action News published an article stating that the National Hurricane Center announced that Tropical Storm Jose has formed in the Atlantic ocean right behind Hurricane Irma.
According to the article, the center of Tropical Storm Jose was located near latitude 12.3 North, longitude 39.1 West. Jose is moving toward the west-northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h) and a movement toward the west or west-northwest at a slightly faster rate of forward speed is expected during the next two days.
