According to reports out of Antigua, a dead Mako Shark was found on Darkwood Beach earlier this morning, (Thursday 18th October).
It is believed that the Shark was washed ashore, Antigua newsroom reported, “the main theory at this time is that it was washed ashore.”
Referred to as the blue pointer and the bonito shark, Mako is the fastest swimming shark. Thus it is considered very dangerous.
