Three Citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis Recognized In King’s Birthday Honours

His Majesty King Charles the Third has conferred prestigious honours on three distinguished citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis for their outstanding contributions to public life, diplomacy, culture, law and community service.


Those recognized are; Ambassador Jacinth Lorna Henry-Martin, Ms. Irma Christina Johnson and Mr. Sylvester Anthony.

Ambassador Henry-Martin has been awarded the title of Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) for her services to public life, diplomacy and culture.

Ms. Johnson received the title of Member of the most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her contributions to public service and community outreach.

Mr. Anthony also received the MBE, recognizing his service to law and the legal profession.


The government’s press release noted that these awards reflect His Majesty’s approval, given on the advice of his Saint Christopher and Nevis Ministers.

The official announcement was made on October 20th, as part of the King’s Birthday Honours List 2025.
