Douglas will make a presentation on “Protecting the Electoral Franchise.” SKNLP Chairperson and Parliamentary Representative for St Christopher 2 (Central Basseterre), Hon. Marcella Liburd will present the topic: “Democracy under Threat.” The topic: “Public Corruption and Affordable Housing” will be presented by the Labour Party’s caretaker for St. Christopher 8, Dr. Terrance Drew. The public forum will be moderated by the SKNLP’s Parliamentary Representative for St. Christopher 3 (West Basseterre), the Hon. BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS (February 18TH 2017) – Next Wednesday’s public forum organised by the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party (SKNLP) will be held at the St. Peter’s Community Center.
Public corruption, affordable housing, democracy under threat and protecting the electoral franchise are the issues for discussion at the Town Hall Meeting.
The forum begins at 7:30 pm.
