Team St. Kitts is heading to the finals of the 51st Leeward Islands Debating Competition 2023.
Shadésia Greene and Jahzara Greene successfully opposed the moot “Efforts to reverse climate change are doomed to fail” last night against Antigua.
Team St. Kitts amassed 640 points while Antigua scored 580.
This evening at 5: 00 p.m., St Kitts will compete against St. Maarten and oppose the moot, “The Caribbean’s failure to take mental illness seriously has caused irreparable damage to families and communities.”
