Authorities in Nevis have launched an investigation into a home invasion that left a pregnant woman injured.
Police confirmed that Saskia Maynard of Hanley’s Road, Nevis, sustained multiple non-life-threatening wounds to her abdomen and upper body.
Maynard was rushed to the Alexandra Hospital, where she remains in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
