NIA CHARLESTOWN NEVIS (May 13, 2019) — The Nevis Island Assembly will sit on May 21, 2019. The session will be held at Hamilton House from 10 a.m.

During the meeting, Hon. Spencer Brand, Minister of Physical Planning and Development Control, will move the second and third reading of the Nevis Planning and Development Control (Amendment) Bill, 2019.

The Order Paper dated May 13, 2019, and circulated by Clerk of the Assembly Ms. Myra Williams, indicates that the sitting will commence with the formal entry of Hon. Farrell Smithen, President of the Assembly.

His entry will be followed by prayers, Motion for the approval of the Order Paper as circulated, Messages from the Deputy Governor General, Announcements by the President, Papers to be laid, Statements by Ministers, Personal Explanations and before Public Business when the Bill will be read.

The session will close with an adjournment.
