The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) has arrested and formallycharged Rodell Nicholls of Pond’s Extension, St. Kitts, with several offences, namely:
❖ Disorderly Conduct by Making Noise
❖ Indecent Language
❖ Abusive Language
❖ Resisting Arrest
❖ Battery on Police
The offences were committed on January 23, 2026, in Pond’s Extension, St. Kitts. Mr Nicholls’ charges were laid at the Basseterre Police Station on January 24, 2026.
