Avon Rouse, Jr. of Downing Street, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of Battery, Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon, and Wounding.
The offences were committed on December 24, 2025.
Rouse was charged on December 24, 2025, at the Sand Point Police Station.
