Basseterre, St., Kitts, July 2, 2018 – High Court Judge His Lordship Mr. Justice Trevor Ward has agreed with the legal team for Leader of the Opposition, the Right Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas in the Dominica Diplomatic Passport case.
Justice Ward ruled that the Attorney General Sen. the Hon. Vincent Byron, Jr. must adduce expert evidence in the matter.
He further ordered that Attorney General Byron must file his application to adduce expert evidence within 21 days.
