Joel Browne has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offences of Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Ammunition, committed on September 25th, 2025.
Having pleaded guilty to both counts on February 25th, 2026, he was sentenced on April 1st, 2026, to eight (8) years’ imprisonment for Possession of a Firearm and two (2) years’ imprisonment for Possession of Ammunition.
Both sentences are to run concurrently and were handed down at the High Court in Basseterre, presided over by His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson Jr.
