Reggae and music lovers alike will be treated to a free concert headlined by Third World and Steel Pulse on National Heroes Day, the 16th September, 2018.
Premier Brantley revealed yesterday during his monthly press briefing that the concert will be held at the Nevis Cultural Village.
The Grammy award-winning Steel Pulse and Third World are known for their soothing conscious reggae music. Hits like 96 Degrees In The Shade, Now That We Found Love, Try Jah Love, Stepping Out, (Steel Pulse), Chant a Psalm, (Steel Pulse) and Man No Sober, (Steel Pulse).
Nevisian, Steve “Grizzly Nisbett was an original founding member of Steel Pulse, (Drummer). He passed away earlier this year. It is has been speculated that a fitting tribute may occur.
Premier Brantley extended an invitation for Kittitians to travel to Nevis for the night of entertainment.
The concert is being held on National Heroes Day, (September, 16th).
