Four suspects are presently in
police custody in connection with two homicide investigations according to the police.
The relevation was made in a police bulletin issued Thursday morning.
In April there were three murders recorded on St. Kitts. So far, one person has been charged for one of the three homicides.
Ketwan Hamilton of Lime Kiln Project, St. Kitts, was formally charged on Wednesday 29th 2026, in connection with the homicide of Shamarie Baptiste that occurred at the Royal Kingdom Snackette in Lime Kiln on April 20th, 2026.
According to the police, several key investigative and tactical measures have been implemented with a view to ensuring the safety of all citizens and successfully pursuing justice for those who need it.
Investigations are ongoing.
