Damian Kelsick to act as High Court judge in Antigua

Kittitian Damian Kelsick has been appointed to act as High Court Judge in Antigua effective 1st February.

According to a communique from The Eastern Caribbean Court, the Chair, Judicial and Legal Services Commission has given the direction to inform that Judicial and Legal Services Commission to advise of the following acting judicial appointment:

Mr.  Damian Kelsick  to act as High Court Judge, Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court for the period 1st February to 9th April 2020; assigned to Antigua and Barbuda.

Kelsick was called to the Bar in St Kitts and Nevis in 1992 and has served as Vice-President of the Bar Association.

Throughout his career, he has held various top positions. In 2018, he was named Chairman of the Integrity in Public Life Commission.

Added to that, he has also served as a Director of the St Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board and the St Kitts Tourism Authority.
