The St Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board advises the public that the first batch of Covid-19 Relief Fund Payments were disbursed on Monday April 20th, 2020. These payments were uploaded to several persons bank accounts, to eligible persons who were laid off, had reduced hours and to some self-employed persons as well.
Payments for approved applications will be continuously and periodically uploaded in batches to the various bank accounts and to the post during the entire week. The Social Security Board and the Department of Labour continue to work diligently to ensure that the process is as thorough and expedient as possible.
