SKN PUL– USE, Wednesday 7, December, 2016 – The finals of the SKCA Keith Arthurton Windsor Nagico T20 Tournament between Government Road Pennyless Allstars and Newtown Cricket Club highlighted the talents of Kian Pemberton, Saeed Williams and Ross Powell.
The encounter was held at the Conaree playfield in St. Kitts on Sunday 4th December.
Having batted first, the Newtown team scored 150 for the loss of eight wickets, (8) from their allotted 20 overs. Steve Liburd top scored with 74 while Jason Saddler contributed 33.
Kian Pemberton, (man of the match) bagged 5 wickets for 11 runs.
The All-stars in reply reached their target with six, (6) wickets to spare. Saeed Williams top-scored with 55 and Ross Powell scored 34 in a winning effort.

Pennyless All-stars won by 6 wickets and were presented with the championship trophy. Newtown placed second and Empire Cricket Club from Nevis placed third. Elsroy Powell received the award for batsman with the most runs and bowler with the most wickets. He was also awarded the MVP, (Most Valuable Player) of the tournament
