St. Kitts and Nevis trounced Antigua and Barbuda 10-0 to secure their spot in the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) Women’s Olympic Qualifying Championship final tournament.
The win saw St. Kitts and Nevis earn first place in Group A, which was hosted by Trinidad and Tobago at Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva.
The Dominican Republic settled for second spot with 7 points. Host Trinidad finished in third followed by Antigua and Barbuda then Aruba. Guyana withdrew from the tournament.
St. Kitts and Nevis joins Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Haiti, Canada, Mexico and the United States in qualifying for the finals.
They will complete the eight-team line-up for the finals, where the top two teams will qualify for Tokyo 2020.
