Twenty-four (24) recruits of the St. Kitts Nevis Defence Force Basic Military Training Course 01/25 proudly graduated during a Passing Out Ceremony held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Elquemedo Willett Park in Nevis.
Her Excellency Governor-General Dame Marcella Liburd inspected the parade of the newly trained soldiers. Also in attendance were Deputy Governor-General for Nevis Hyleta Liburd, Prime Minister and Minister of National Security Dr. Terrance Drew, and Premier of Nevis Mark Brantley, along with other distinguished guests, family members, and supporters.
The ceremony marked the successful completion of a rigorous period of recruit training and formally welcomed these dedicated men and women into the ranks of the St. Kitts Nevis Defence Force (SKNDF). During the parade, the recruits demonstrated the drills, discipline, and military proficiency developed throughout their training.

Rec Bjorn Jones – Best at Physical Fitness
Rec Jaheim Browne – Best at Drills
Rec John Singh – Best at Pistol Shot and Best at Rifle Shot
Rec Tkardo Browne – Most Improved Student
