Premier of Nevis and Minister of Finance, Hon. Mark Brantley, will present the highly anticipated Budget for the fiscal year on Monday, February 20, 2023.
The Nevis Island Assembly will convene at 10am at the Nevis Island Assembly Chambers at Hamilton House. At that Sitting, the Annual Financial Statement and Budgetary Proposals for 2023 will be presented by Premier Brantley.
The 2023 Budget will allow for the financing of the activities for the island that will bring benefits to the people of Nevis.
Hon. Michelle Slack, the newly sworn in President of the Assembly will preside over the sitting with Ms. Myra Williams, Clerk of the Assembly.
This will be the second sitting for the year so far.
