A Kittitian family has been plunged into mourning today, following the ghastly news that a young male succumbed to injuries he sustained after being stabbed.
The fatal stabbing occurred around 10 am on Fort Street, during the street jam.
The victim has been identified as 21 year-old Javel Alford of St. Paul’s.
Alford sustained a stab wound to the abdomen and was rushed to the hospital by Police, where he was treated.
However, he later succumbed to his injuries.
The Violent Crime Unit is presently conducting investigations.
