West Indies Test Player, Jahmar Hamilton will captain the Leeward Islands Hurricanes for the Colonial Medical Super 50 Cup 2019.
Hamilton is one of four Anguillan players chosen in the Leeward Islands Hurricanes Squad for the CWI Colonial Medical Insurance Super 50 Cup 2019.
The full squad reads:
Jahmar Hamilton-capt of Anguilla; Montcin Hodge-Anguilla; Yannick Leonard-Anguilla; Keacy Carty-Anguilla; Devon Thomas-Antigua and Barbuda; Rahkeem Cornwall-Antigua and Barbuda; Kezron Archibald-Nevis; Kieran Powell-Nevis; Jason Campbell-Nevis; Sheeno Berridge-St. Kitts; Jeremiah Louis-St. Kitts; Akeem Saunders-St. Kitts; Terrance Warde-St. Kitts; Amir Jangoo-Trinidad and Tobago
The team will be managed by Wilden Cornwall and coached by Stuart Williams. The trainer is Hance Richard.
The reserves are:
Jaques Taylor-St. Kitts; Kelbert Walters-Anguilla; Ross Powell-Nevis and Quinton Boatswain-Montserrat
Hurricanes are in Zone A along with Defending Champions CCC Marooners, Jamaica Scorpions, Barbados Pride and Canada this leg of the competition will be housed in St. Kitts and Nevis. Leeward will open their campaign against reigning champions, Combined Campuses and College Manners on the 6th at Warner Park.
The Hurricanes will be without Rakeem Cornwall, Hayden Walsh Jr and Alzarri Joseph who will be on West Indies Senior team duties.
