Jah Cure’s Royal Soldier album has topped the Billboard Reggae Albums chart this week after its release on August 30.
Distributed by VP Music, the album consists of 14 tracks. Royal Soldier features collaborations with Tory Lanez, Popcaan, Padrino, Capleton, Junior Reid, Yami Bolo, Damian Marley, rhythm & blues singers Mya and Melanie Fiona.
Back in 2015, Jah Cure topped the chart with “The Cure,” which reigned for seven weeks. In 2009, “The Universal Cure” peaked at number two.
Koffee and VP’s compilation project, Reggae Gold 2019 are currently featured in the top ten of the Billboard charts. Koffee holds on to the number eight position while VP’s compilation project, Reggae Gold 2019, occupies the number seven spot.
