Basseterre, St. Kitts (10 March 2025) – A historic moment for St. Kitts and Nevis was celebrated today as the official unveiling ceremony of the St. Kitts & Nevis branded interCaribbean Airways aircraft took place at Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport. The event, attended by honourable members of cabinet, representatives from interCaribbean Airways, tourism officials, members of the media, and tourism stakeholders, marked an exciting new chapter in the nation’s growing influence in regional air travel.
Among the notable attendees were the Honourable Terrence Drew, Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Hon. Marsha T. Henderson, Minister of Tourism, other esteemed Honourable Members of Cabinet, Hon. Otis C. Morris, MP, Minister of Public Safety and Utilities, Telecommunications Commission, Civil Aviation Authority, Turks and Caicos Islands Turks and Caicos, and Trevor Sadler, Chief Executive Officer of interCaribbean Airways.
In her remarks, Minister Henderson emphasized the significance of the new branded aircraft, highlighting its potential to elevate St. Kitts & Nevis in the global tourism industry.

Travelers will see St. Kitts & Nevis boldly represented, ensuring that our destination remains top-of-mind and inviting.”
The partnership between St. Kitts & Nevis and interCaribbean Airways began on March 12, 2023, with the airline’s inaugural flight to the destination, marking the beginning of a strengthened regional air connection. The branded aircraft represents a dynamic evolution of this relationship, one that transcends business dealings and embodies a shared vision for seamless travel and connectivity in the Caribbean region.
