Basseterre, St. Kitts, (SKN PULSE) – The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis mourns the loss of the late former Governor General, Sir Cuthbert Sebastian. He passed away at his home on Cayon Street last night, (Saturday 25th March).
Sir Cuthbert who was appointed Governor General in 1995 served with distinction as the federation’s Governor-General from 1996-2013.
The death of the former Governor General follows close on the heels of another former Governor of the federation, Sir Probyn Inniss who was laid to rest on Thursday 23rd March, 2017.
