Buju Banton has released his new dancehall banger dubbed “Steppa.”

The Grammy award winning Jamaican music icon announced the new single last week Tuesday through his social media handles.

The single dubbed “Steppa” was released on all streaming platforms last week Wednesday at 3:30(pm).

Currently trending, the track became very popular on YouTube within an hour. Banton with his self-produced single, has once again grabbed the attention of fans with his thought provoking lyrics over a foundation dancehall beat.

Singing in his natural unique way, he echoes:

Say you a badman fine / And you no stop an left yo gun no time / Say them heartless them mean / When them a step wid them team

Since his return to Jamaica, Banton has been selling out concerts across the Caribbean and Europe with his “Long Walk To Freedom Tour.”
