Kishma Reid of Parry’s Village, St. Peter’s, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of Making Use of Insulting Language and Failing to Give Name, both committed on August 1st, 2026, in Mansion, St. Kitts.
Reid was shortly thereafter charged at the Dieppe Bay Police Station.
