Clijaurn Henry of Rawlins’ Village, and Javauni Edwards of Clay Ghaut, both on Nevis, have been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offences of three (3) counts of
Assault with Intent to Rob.
Both pleaded guilty to three (3) counts each of the offence and were sentenced to ten
(10) years’ imprisonment, with time spent on remand to be deducted. They will be
eligible for one-third reduction for good behaviour.
Mr Henry and Mr Edwards were sentenced on January 29th, 2026, at the Nevis High
Court presided over by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley K.C.
